VINCENT FANG
Chairman
Vincent Fang, with vision and passion, is one of the most significant figures in Hong Kong’s garment industry. Under his leadership, the Toppy Group grows to be a great success story in the fashion sector. Its vertically integrated supply chain management model provides the company with an unparalleled advantage in the market. Various brands like Episode and Jessica have been housed under the group’s umbrella. With a strong manufacturing base and designers at the fashion forefront, the group steadily develops in both local and international markets.
He has always been enthusiastic in garment manufacturing and business development. Prior to taking up his duties at Toppy, he obtained his bachelor's and master's degrees in Science of Textiles Engineering from the North Carolina State University.
Fang has been a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong (2004 - 2016), representing the wholesale and retail functional constituency.
ALAN FANG
Managing Director
Alan Fang has a proven track record of leading young companies and startup enterprises across many industries to strong growth. With a real passion for bringing new ideas and innovations to life, it is Alan’s specialty to create both online and offline immersive experiences that engage directly with the modern-day consumer. In 2003, he launched Novo Concepts, one of China's biggest fashion retailers with brands including Miss Sixty, Replay and Evisu, which boasts of annual sales of USD 100 million today. He is also responsible for bringing Lesportsac, a leading handbag and accessories company, to China in 2008 and helping the brand cultivate a network of more than 600 stores.
Notable events would be as organizer and co-founder of NOVOMANIA from 2010 – 2014, Alan created one of the largest fashion tradeshow in China, drawing in tens of thousands leading participants from the sector, fostered a ‘from high fashion to street fashion‘ trend.
